Seaside Quarters offers you the BEST location in North Surf City, 2 OFF the BAY & a super EZ 5 minute walk to the BEACH, with GOURMET FOOD SHOPS, ECLECTIC GALLERIES, RESTAURANTS, & MINI GOLF all nearby too!.

Plus, everyone loves our backyard Firepit, game room and Amish plank table, perfect for large gatherings!

And with sleeping accommodations for 14, there's plenty of room for everyone, so grab some friends, another family or bring the grandparents to Seaside Quarters!

We stock Seaside Quarters with plenty of fun stuff, including a well-equipped “foodies” kitchen, BBQ gas grill, sheets, towels, 10 BEACH BADGES, beach chairs, boogie boards, 4 fishing poles, several beach style bikes, crab traps, 5 flat screen TVs, WIFI and a game room with Foosball and darts! 

Our backyard is geared for FUN too, with a large LL Bean hammock, Adirondack chairs, chaise lounge chairs, a fire pit, firewood and an outside shower.  So, you can RELAX and chill into the night!

THE HOUSE

Seaside Quarters is a classic 4-bedroom beach home, recently redesigned and updated with beautiful hardwood floors, a bright white interior, a powerful HVAC system, year-round sun porch, game room and more.

Our first-floor layout includes a living room with Queen sleeper sofa, dining room, well equipped kitchen, laundry area, as well as 2 Queen bedrooms, a full bath, and sun porch with an Amish made plank table for 12 and a game room, with Foosball and darts.

The second floor boasts a “kids” bedroom with double bunkbeds accommodating 4, a bath with shower and the Master bedroom with a King-sized bed. Additionally, the Master bedroom has a private sun room with a Trundle bed, for 2.

All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, with the living room having a flat screen, an Xbox and seasonal wood burning fireplace.

And we have a nice outside shower with a dressing area, clothes lines and we’re also Pet friendly, too!

THE LOCATION

Seaside Quarters is located on the NARROWEST street in Surf City. We are also located in North Surf City, so we’re close to Yellow Fin restaurant, Okie’s Butcher Shop, Anchor Produce, a day spa and other great shops and eateries.

Plus, we’re 2 houses off the bay, so fishing, crabbing and picturesque sunsets are the routine.

We’re also about 16 homes from the beach, with lifeguards (in season) nearby and Surf City’s only fishing beach next door.

Perfect in every way
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the short walk to sunset and sunrises. The big table on the screened porch was wonderful for family dinners. There was always a gentle breeze in the backyard for hanging together or reading a book. We appreciated the well stocked sheds with bikes, beach chairs and sand toys.

Awesome Beach Weekend
Randy was very communicative and the house had everything we needed for a fun weekend at the beach! Great location and outdoor space as well. Will definitely be looking to stay again on our next trip to LBI!

Great house close to everything.
This house was perfect for us. It’s located just minutes from all things “vacation”: The beach, restaurants, mini golf, etc. Would gladly stay again!

Weekend Stay
We stayed here 2 nights for a family related event and the house met our needs perfectly. Everything in the house worked and was easy to operate. The owner communicated in a very timely basis and instructions with respect to the house were very clear and easy to understand.

Perfect for all
Randy and Anslee were the perfect hosts. Communication was excellent, very responsive. Their Seaside Quarters is the perfect house for a mixed age group. The fooseball table kept my teenage son and friends off their electronics and the cozy living room offered a comfortable place for the adults to sit back with a book. The quarters is well equipped and Randy went out of the way to keep our fur babies safe by installing a temporary fence. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome at the Seaside Quarters. We will definitely go back!

Awesome location and extremely accommodating owner. Even built a temporary fence for the entire backyard prior to our arrival to help us contain our dog!

Surf City 24th St
This house has a great location with easy access to the bay and ocean. We enjoyed walking a few steps to watch the sunsets over the bay in the evenings and crabbing and fishing during the day in the same spot. The ocean was a short, 3 block walk away, very doable. It was also nice to be able to walk to Anchor Market, Okies, and other shops in Surf City. There were plenty of linens for all the beds and the kitchen was well equipped. Overall our family had a wonderful time and I would recommend this house for an LBI beach vacation.

Great week in Surf City!
Our family had the chance to stay in the heart of surf city in a great home 2 houses off the bay and maybe 2 blocks from the beach… loved the house, the location and Randy, the home owner was on top of our stay… what a great week!! We will be back next year!!!!

Reunion Warmth
Older cape with many amenities & yesteryear, cozy feel, perfect for our size group. Had something for everyone, including a high chair, fire pit outside, bikes, etc. Owner was very engaging & friendly, and made us feel at home. Quiet street with bay just past house & ocean beach a short walk. Could not have been more perfect.
